Estimated Transit Durations Once our facility completes processing and hands your package over to the courier, standard global transit requires between 10 and 20 working days.

Stagnant Tracking Statuses Don't panic if your tracking link seems frozen! It typically takes carrier databases 24 to 48 hours to initially sync. Furthermore, it is perfectly standard for a parcel to experience a few days without digital updates while in transit between major international routing hubs.

Split Shipments (Missing Items) Did you only receive your Pet Outdoor Essentials but not your Pet Grooming & Cleaning Essentials? To minimize wait times, multi-item purchases are frequently divided and shipped from separate warehouses. Revisions & Cancellations

Order Cancellations Should you change your mind before your items are dispatched, we can void the transaction (please be aware that a nominal processing fee may be deducted). However, once an order is actively in transit, the sale is final and cannot be canceled.
