Standard Purchase Terms

Due to the hygiene and safety standards required for pet supplies, all completed transactions on our store are considered permanent. We do not accommodate general buyer’s remorse returns or style exchanges. The only exceptions to this rule are instances involving verifiable manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors on our end.

Faulty Merchandise and Fulfillment Errors

We stand firmly behind the durability and safety of VozzyNest products. However, if your order arrives damaged, malfunctioning, or contains the wrong items, please make reaching out to us your immediate priority. Customers are required to inspect their parcels upon arrival and initiate a formal claim within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • A detailed explanation of the encountered defect or error.

  • Clear visual evidence, such as high-resolution photos or a short video, demonstrating the problem.

Reimbursement Process

If a financial credit (whether full or partial) is deemed the appropriate resolution for your claim, the approved funds will be automatically routed back to your original billing method. Please allow a standard processing window of 7 to 12 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to clear the transaction and update your account statement.

Product Substitutions (Exchanges)

VozzyNest does not process conventional product swaps or exchanges. Replacements are strictly reserved as a remedy for goods that arrive in a damaged or defective condition, pending an approved support claim.

Unapproved Inbound Shipments

Please refrain from mailing any merchandise back to our facilities without explicit prior authorization from our support representatives. A claim must be properly initiated and validated before any items are shipped back. Packages that arrive at our warehouse without prior notification will be categorically rejected, and we will be unable to issue any financial compensation or replacement goods for such unauthorized shipments.
